Returns & Exchange policy

Sold items can be returned or exchanged

Exchange and return within a period of 14 days from the date of Received of the item .

* The customer has the right to exchange or return the product in the following cases:

1- There is a difference in sizes.

2- The product does not match the quality or images shown.

3- In the event that the sales representative provides false data or specifications about the product or quality other than the product that was received.

* This is within a maximum period of 14 days. As an exception to this, the customer does not have the right to exchange or return in the following cases:

1- If the nature of the product, its characteristics, or the way it is packed or packaged prevents it from being exchanged or returned, or makes it impossible to return it to the condition it was in when sold.

2- If the product is not in the same condition as it was in at the time of sale for a reason attributed to the consumer.
